Portfolio requests collect your first name, last name, email and reason for requesting access. Your company is optional. Enquiries collect your name, email and message, with an optional company name.
Please include only information relevant to the opportunity. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material.

Review and response
Ishraq uses these details to review the professional context, respond and decide whether to share her portfolio. IBR enquiries are considered in the context of the company. Submitting a request does not grant access.
Requests and enquiries are stored in a private database. Email notifications support review and response. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website.
03 / PRIVATE ACCESS
Your portfolio invitation
The portfolio is encrypted at rest. Approval creates a personal invitation valid for seven days. A code sent to the approved email address verifies the recipient before a browser session allows downloading. A thank-you email follows successful verification. Recipients can retain downloaded copies.
04 / PREFERENCES
Analytics and storage
Essential storage supports private access, abuse prevention and your consent choices. First-party analytics run only with your permission and respect browser privacy signals. They measure public page visits, approximate countries, referral sites and key actions. Raw IP addresses, contact details, form contents and private links are not stored in analytics. Events are deleted after 180 days.
A separate anonymous counter records full-page requests to public pages, including when optional analytics is declined. It stores only the UTC date, public page path and a total count, retained for 180 days. It uses no cookies, browser storage, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, referral details or form contents. Repeat loads are included; it cannot identify people or connect visits.
Preferences are remembered for 180 days. You can change them using Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect the website or your request.
05 / YOUR CHOICES
Access, correction and deletion
Information is kept while needed to review an opportunity, follow up or administer access. Contact Ishraq to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of access. Website operators may retain technical records required for security.
External services, including LinkedIn and email providers, operate under their own privacy policies.
