Ishraq uses this information to assess the professional context of a request, respond to you and decide whether to share the portfolio. Submission does not grant automatic access.

Request information is stored in the site’s database. Email notifications include the details needed for Ishraq to review and respond. Requests remain available for review even if an email notification cannot be delivered.

The portfolio is stored encrypted and shared only after approval, through a personal invitation valid for seven days. Essential session cookies provide access to approved downloads and the owner dashboard. Downloaded copies can be retained by recipients.

Requests are restricted to the site owner. Hosting, database, storage and email providers process information as needed to operate the service. The website does not publish request details.

Information is kept while needed to review and follow up on the opportunity or administer access. You can ask Ishraq to correct or delete your request, or revoke gallery access, through the contact page.
